Privacy protection: Customer information is kept on a secure server at Shopify.com, the company that hosts our eCommerce site. We will not share customer information or email addresses with third parties unless required to do so by court order.Calypso for Cozmo SoftwareInformation we collect, and why: Calypso license activation is accomplished within the software by contacting a license server which logs the license number, the machine's IP address, and the date and time of activation. Calypso does not log any other information. Specifically, programs you write in Calypso remain on your hard drive and are not accessible to anyone but you. Images from your robot's camera are processed locally on your laptop; no images are uploaded or logged. However, if you make use of Calypso's speech recognition feature, which is built on the Google Chrome Web Speech API, the audio must be transmitted to a Google cloud server where the speech recognition is performed. Privacy protection: License activation logs are maintained on a secure server at Cryptlex.com. We will not share this information with third parties unless required to do so by court order. Protection of audio data sent to the Google cloud server for speech recognition is the responsibility of Google.Cloud CalypsoCloud Calypso, accessible at calypso-robotics.com, is implemented on Amazon's AWS cloud servers.
